Please let me introduce myself and tell you a few things about my business. My name is  W. "Scott" Forrest.
I have been lucky to have grown up around mining and the gemstone business. My father Bill and his partner Buzz Gray owned the "Benitoite Gem Mine" for about 35 years.  They have both taught me so much.  I faceted stones for them for several years and eventually built an inventory and started selling wholesale. In 1993, I opened my retail store. It is small, but with a great location, right in the heart of Old Town Clovis. The area is similar to Old Town Sacramento -- without the river. Clovis is on the North East side of Fresno, almost the center of California. My emphasis has/will always be on loose gems. I facet most of them myself and handle each one with a very high degree of detail. From preform to polish great care is taken.  I appreciate the differences realized by those who look a little closer. Most of my customers are repeat , and I recognize them when they call or email. I would like to earn your business as well.
